Anime versus manga: What is the difference?

In the "Anime" community, for most fans and followers, "Anime" is "Anime" and "Manga" is "Manga".

First of all, the fact that many people get confused between animation and manga does not mean that both are the same, because both are animated. There are so many differences between animation and manga. Both are caricatures that may be animated, but animation usually has different functions visually for the character. So now I will explain the difference between these two. Anime is Japanese animation work of various formats such as TV series such as Dragon Ball z, Naruto, One Piece, Short animated film, Full length movie, etc. However, manga is a two-dimensional illustrative visual art, unreal or semi-realistic drawing.

Anime characters have unique facial expressions and physical features very similar to reality, and their big eyes and small mouths are made for cute. On the other hand, the physical function of cartoons is very far from reality than animation. Anime characters also show different kinds of identifiable facial expressions, but cartoons are not.

Since cartoons are generally made to make people laugh, genres are mainly comedies. However, there are also a lot of educational cartoons that teach good things primarily for infants and children, in an interesting, interactive way. For example, Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Bugbunny etc.

Unlike animation, animation never sticks to one or two genres. Anime programs and movies are all based on certain plots that continue throughout the series. For example, bleach, one piece, Naruto. Anime is based on what is closer to real problems and human emotions, and there are many things. Drama, school life, slice of life, romance, behavior, etc. There are more genres than comics

However, there is no clear difference between the two when looking at both as separate entities or as the same. Therefore, most people are confused between the two and call it animation. Manga is the same.

The first manga is said to have been produced in 1499. It means that the pope, the sacred Roman emperor, and the king of France and the UK played card games. However, Japanese animation began in the early 20's when Japanese filmmakers were experimenting with various methods. An animation was established as an alternative to the live-action industry by the 1930's.

Manga is a two-dimensional figure that is drawn and animated by a cartoon like a newspaper caricature or a book. If you define something about animation, the general idea of commonly agreed concepts of "Japanese, animation, vivid design and hand drawn" will become a mainstream buzzword.

Today, animation seems to refer only to "Japan only animation" in order to make people easy to understand. After all, this is the nature of a human being who likes something easy to understand and easy to classify.

To clarify the distinction, let's see an example of Tom, Jerry and Dragon Ball. So, if both are animated, with good visuals, backgrounds, sound effects, even animated drawings, you may think what the difference is between the two. However, there are many differences in distinguishing them from animation to manga. As you know, each episode of Tom and Jerry is different and unrelated to some kind of story from one or some point in the previous episode but in Dragon Ball z all episodes are the same as before and Continue talking from where it ended in the previous episode. Tom and Jerry are purely based on the battle between cats and rats and their genres are different as they are made to make people laugh. On the other hand, Dragon Ball z is like a Saayan trip to protect the Earth and the Universe from several threats. He is fighting to save all of them, with the help of family members, friends, and friends Saya. Dragon ball z can be categorized into various genres such as action, adventure, comedy, super power.

Another thing that can distinguish between animation and manga is that while animation is for children, the reach of animation can be extended to many other age groups and other fields as well.

However, I think, cartoons are not for children. As you can see in newspapers and television, there are many targeted cartoons, including many political and religious views. Most of these messages are hidden and can not be recognized by children, so adults can watch and enjoy with their children. On the other hand, because animation contains a lot of content for adults, it is not safe for small children. These kinds of animation are made mainly around the adult audience. However, there is also a safe animation series that you can absolutely see with children. But today, even ordinary animation may have some scenes that children are seeing.

So, if cartoons are safe to see for children, animation should not be considered safe enough for them. However, no matter how old you are, you can enjoy it as it is.

In the animation, you can see all the episodes with more deeply thought characters, well-developed characters, wide stories, solid themes, realistic background animations, real situations, dialogue, expressions It was. Whether there is an episode of 12 or 24 or more than 100 animated series. Meanwhile, manga has shallow personality and theme regardless of whether he is telling stories or simply aiming at comedy.

Animated characters are very different from each other and they are developed quite well so that manga does not look creative as compared to animation.

There is one more thing to distinguish between animation and manga. So, for example, in Simpsons, Bart is the class of the whole program, but in most animations the character's characteristics change dynamically. It may be a little shy, or may be considered weak or harmless, but later they become stronger than most other characters.
